The Management Board of the Slovenian Energy Chamber (EZS) is a governing body with up to 25 representatives from its members. The Board's responsibilities include:Adoption of the work program and financial plan, and the annual business report,Adoption and amendments of the statute and other general acts,Implementing the work program, financial plan, and Assembly decisions, and reporting to the Supervisory Board,Reviewing and adopting materials and decisions for Assembly meetings,Initiating and adopting positions for economic and social dialogue and sectoral collective bargaining,Initiating and adopting positions on economic legislation and policies,Appointing and dismissing the Vice-President and Executive Director of the Board on the President's proposal,Appointing EZS representatives to external organizations,Deciding on cooperation with other chambers and domestic and international organizations,Reviewing member proposals on EZS operations,Deciding on the business address change,Setting fees for public services in agreement with the Government of the Republic of Slovenia,Performing other tasks as defined by the statute.

Managing all aspects of the strategic sourcing process: Defining strategy, RFP creation, negotiations, evaluation, contracting, implementation and on-going supplier management;Leading a cross-cultural team of Sourcing Analysts responsible for strategic sourcing process across multiple markets;Building and maintaining long-term supplier relationship;Supplier negotiation and issue resolution;Supplier evaluation, scorecards, constructive feedback;Market research, product development, supplier filtering;Client management, sales presentations;Represent Sourcing interests on cross-functional & global project teams. Contribute ideas/projects to help grow business.

Daily review of European energy markets;Risk strategy generation based on client's risk profile;Hedging strategy setup, monitoring and trade execution;Client and supplier management;Market update and internal & external presentations.

Credit and Collections activities related to the assigned TATA business portfolio

Technical support to international sales (Italian market, UK market), long-­‐term relationship management, handling of specific customers
