Business developer … how I become a batman? At first, my wish was to paint and make sculptures. But I studied electronics, robots, technician thinking, database programming. As a student, after four years intern at the applied mathematics department at IJS, I wrote two books about relational database programme application. I learned, what matrix in math are for. Desktop computers was a game-changing at graphics and printing. I established Mitcom, and later Solos, implementation of graphics ideas. Such a love in design & graphics, so good, I become a lecturer on Faculty of design for 12 years. Combining programming + graphics = direct marketing. My new love. It was not enough. I study; after electronics at FEE Lj, I finished Bachelor Entrepreneurship with Magna Cum Laude and Master degree with the theme: »Consumer Behavior under influence of the Internet and Social Media«. After 6 levels of something like Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), I believe I can understand why peoples run business and what motivate those people. Learning French, Russian, Inbound, Net-Fork (manager for internet)…And combining everything from above – Solos become One Stop Marketing Agency. It was not enough. I started to work with many companies as a founder, advisor, business developer. As a partner, I founded a restaurant, web & inbound agency, (Hubspot), financial advisor agency and blockchain project. Now I work as an advisor for marketing & business growth & plans & models & startups too. For some years I am a mentor, expert, and co-worker at Centre for Development in SE region in Slovenia, helping big and SME companies build new projects, growing in though European Market, including Russia. So what I am? Advisor? Professor? Entrepreneur? I am like a bat(man). Not a mice, not a bird. But with some special advantages – the best of both … like a bat, I see/hear things, that others don't ... I even fly. … ok, with a little help of airplanes. ►►► mitja.kosak@solos.si
