My journey started with Power Plant Consultancy followed by 10 years' experience in Siemens Project (India) starting as Senior Executive and leaving as MG-2 in 2003 following the opportunity to work in US. With over two decades at Testek Solutions in USA, my journey has seen me rise from Senior Engineer to Vice President in different fields of expertise. Vice President of Customer Service & Aftermarket Support - 2 years followed by Vice President - Defense Program (I year) to take the lead in one of a prestigious Project of US Navy. In 2021 I took the current role as Vice President of Engineering, where I channel my expertise & work collaboratively with colleagues across the business (Sales support on proposals / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Quality / Aftermarket) to resolve issues for internal and external Customers. - Manage a team of Engineering Managers & Project Managers/ Motivate the group to meet target budget, Project Milestones and enhance billable efficiency.- Support multiple projects and enhance cross functional operation to yield better utilization and efficiency. - Passionate commitment to achieve company goals.
