E2E Delivery Manager

- Lead system design and engineering initiatives for the proprietary national network and the myFaves and myAlbum service platform systems ensuring optimal levels of operability and functionality are attained.- Developed technical design specifications ensuring client requirements and corporate goals are integrated while driving efforts to optimize service offerings.- Wrote acceptance test plans identifying areas of vulnerability and risk to enhance the testing process and achieve optimal coverage.- Oversaw a three member quality assurance test team throughout the system evaluation process ensuring system operates according to defined specifications.- Worked with internal capacity team and the external vendor Newbay to assist in the capacity planning process for the MyFaves systems while leading efforts to assess and optimize system server and database storage capacity.

Evaluate and analyze wireless networks (customers include O2 and Vodafone), and develop service assurance solutions. Major responsibilities include:• Assess customer network monitoring requirements; provide optimal solutions for customer operations support systems• Perform gap analysis on the Tektronix product suite; work with product management team to design and implement solutions• Conduct market research for product suite development

Dimension, install, troubleshoot, and optimize operations support systems for Tier 1 customers (O2). Major responsibilities include:• Direct client training for network and service management systems• Manage installation, testing, and integration of network monitoring systems• Conduct on-site system acceptance and quality assurance procedures• Serve as single point of contact for customer issue resolution and system customization
