After acquiring G.Tech by Aregon I was assigned to turn it around. The tasks included revamping the product portfolio, setup and implemention of a sales and growth strategy, improve the financial position, build a winning team, among other smaller tasks.This project is almost complete.

Responsibilities included sales and growth into the Oil & Gas market of the middle east.

I started my career as a Field Engineer with StorageTek. During the next twelve years I moved through the ranks to a senior engineer specialized in the IBM 3090 mainframe, and as a storage specialist.During the next twelve years, I turned my attention and focus to sales and business development. I led the effort to grow the IBM business in the financial sector in Bahrain. Later I was awarded the industrial sector and parts of the government sector. This experience has seen me become envloved in huge number of IT related projects, from basic infrastructure design and implementation, to very complex full solution design and sales, including ERP and Business Intelligence layers.
