(Japanese following)He started his career at Deloitte as an accountant where he was involved in financial & internal control audit and accounting related works.He moved to investment banking at Citigroup Global Markets Japan, where he arranged and executed a lot of M&A and finance deals for a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, TMT, industrial, finance, and so on. Finally he became the Head of Japanese Logistics Sector.After he left Citi, he had been involved in a lot of start-ups as a part-time external CFO; advised on finance, corporate planning, HR, back-office, and IPO. Now working as CFO at CS-C, listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange with ticker of 9258, offering marketing DX solutions to local business clients including a hotel, restaurant, salon and so forth.----------大学在学中に公認会計士試験に合格し、新卒で監査法人トーマツに入所。JGAAP/USGAAPによる財務諸表監査・内部統制監査・会計相談業務・コンフォートレター等を担当。シティグループ証券投資銀行部門に入社。金融、ヘルスケア、エネルギー、消費財、インダストリアル、テクノロジー業界を経験した後、物流業界の日本法人責任者に就任。国内再編やクロスボーダーM&A、資金調達のソーシング及びエクセキューション、財務資本政策の構築支援、IR支援、その他財務アドバイザリー業務に従事。法人を設立し、主に業務委託として財務顧問 / 外部CFO / アドバイザリーサービスの提供を開始。これまで、ToC向けアプリ開発、ブロックチェーン、ロボティクス、健康食品、バイオサイエンス等、多岐にわたる業界において、またベンチャーから大手企業まで幅広く対応。特にベンチャー企業の財務戦略及び人事組織設計関連の包括請け負いや、M&A・戦略構築・定量分析に強み。社外取締役や社外監査役案件も広くご相談。その後、国内ベンチャー企業の財務及び管理部門責任者を歴任し、現在は株式会社CS-C（東証9258）にて取締役CFO 兼 経営戦略本部長として財務、経営企画、及び人事を管掌（現職）。早稲田大学政治経済学部卒業。
