Also worked for development of 2 plants in Saudi Arabia region.I was also responsible for managing the primary relationship with the technical counter parts of First Solar’s customers who could be the Utility, IPP’s, Industrial Power buyers and other EPC companies. In depth knowledge of manufacturing process, system design, energy simulation, quality and long term reliability etc. Updated with competing technologies. Currently working on Battery storage solutions, floating solar etc. to increase the application of Solar PV technology.Responsible for proving regional inputs for system development, ecosystem vendor development, cost competitiveness, technical documentation for new product, energy simulation guidelines, and benchmarking of FS operating plants with competition.

Technical Services GroupProviding technical support pertaining to critical engineering and construction activities to all projects of Reliance Power to ensure adherence to design intents, quality requirements and timelines.Setting up the entire Quality System for the production of Spun Concrete Piles at Jinshan , China.Developing master plan for township.Involved in the formulation of contract strategy, optimization of BOQ, detailed cost analysis and negotiations with vendors,New construction initiatives like prestressed concrete piles, bolted structures, automatic bar bending yard, pre engineering buildings etc for speedy construction.

In charge of Concrete Technology Laboratory and Quality Assurance - Civil at Tarapur Atomic Power Project 3&4. Implementation of ISO 9000 system.Co-ordinator for all new projects of NPCIL for development and qualification of Concrete mixes including setting up of CTL and batching plant facilities.Member Secretary of TAPP 3&4 Quality Internal Audit team and co-ordinator for Construction Completion Certificates.

In charge Concrete Technology Laboratory, Quality Assurance Civil and Concrete Technologist.Project inception to final completion covering every phase of Civil construction works like excavation, construction of various structures, pre stressing, grouting, epoxy painting, water proofing and proof testing of containment structures.Used Super plasticizers in the concrete mixes for the entire projectDeveloped and used High Performance Concrete (HPC) of grade of M60 for the first time in country.

Analysis and design of various industrial and residential structures, preparation of project specifications and periodic visits to sites to ensure effective implementation.
