- Maintain and support market data distribution and messaging middleware environments for global market dataclients, with a focus on the North America markets- Maintain and support Symphony communication application and infrastructure, ensure reports accuracy andhealth of the environment- Proactively identify problems, bugs and technical security risks to applications and production environment.Provide solutions for the same- Provide contingency plans and procedures to minimize the impact on production environment and comply withFirm Policies applicable to activities performed within environment- Ensure production problems, bugs, system problems/changes are documented and requests are acted uponpromptly. Keep Senior Management advised of situations that may compromise agreed deliverables and/oraffect production systems- Ensure documentation on all systems in use for production and disaster recovery and regulatory purposes- Responsible for the operational support of Market Data Monitoring systems. This includes assessment andcommunication of outages and incidents to the correct audience- Provides technical guidance and training to staff members regarding Market Data distribution/messaging andall other Market Data applications- Participate in the evaluation of test results ensuring that system changes accurately meet business requirementsand process service criteria, fit into the technical environment and that existing operations are not adverselyimpacted
