Building best-in-class search and discovery experience for our financial users. Some of the exciting work includes Autosuggest, Question Answering, Personalization and Recommendations, using Machine Learning and AI. I am also building usage analytics framework for the entire product.

Responsible for coming up with innovative ideas and end-to-end delivery to take Eikon search to a new level. Actively work with clients, engineers and designers to ensure focus on usability, monetization, analytics, mobile adaptability and general client feedback.I am also responsible for overall Eikon Mobile strategy to drive a fast, seamless, personalized user experience for our customers when they are not close to their desks and always in touch with latest market events that are most relevant to them.Successfully managed the delivery of a natural language based question answering search product for Eikon, that led to more sales and improved the market perception of Eikon as an innovator in financial search. Also working on supporting financial queries on Virtual Personal Assistant devices such as Amazon Echo (Alexa Platform).Another recently delivered product is helping a user build a natural language query via auto suggest, that helps a user build a query and help understand what we support in terms of different types of questions, and also helps to advertise our question answering product. Worked on improving search results and adding relevant related searches based on usage logs for a better user experience and also to drive more clicks to the site from Google web results.
