Currently, I am working as a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist for a US-based client. I am in charged of sending out messages, responding, and communicating with potential leads for my client. I also have experience in initiating follow up calls for leads who have gone unresponsive.In addition, I was previously a Training Specialists for a call center company handling new hires, tenured agents, and Admin staff such as Team Leaders and Managers. I trained system navigation, product process, and development of communication skills specially for new hires. I also handled and assisted in identifying agents' training needs, coaching as well test construction, call simulations, and hands-on exercises.As a Trainer, I also coordinated with different departments and performed administrative duties regarding employee requirements, tools, accesses etc.
