I absolutely love working for Judah and his small company here in the Tigard area. I can finally put my knowledge, strong work ethic, values, and all to good use. After most of my career being within the "corporate" setting, working for a small local business is what I now prefer, and most enjoy. It's the small things that matter, and that can move mountains. With The Plumbers Inc, I act as the overall company manager. I am responsible for processing and managing everything from scheduling, dispatching, customer services, company calls, sales/marketing/advertising, all accounting functions, permitting, human resources, and really everything else. Within 2 months of being hired, I had created and implemented job costing for the company, and within 4 months created and implemented a process for inventory tracking and control. When I decided to start my own company, Judah and his company was my first client.
