With over three decades of experience in finance, P&L management, corporate development, and business management, I have a proven track record of delivering results in challenging and dynamic environments.Some of my successful initiatives include setting up a green-field back-office operation in India, generating $37M+ in SG&A savings, leading the debt-ring fencing and transfer pricing compliance of the merged JCI-Tyco entity, managing the spin-off and separation of multi-billion dollar businesses, and executing the entry strategy and regional P&L of a product line globally. I leverage my expertise in finance transformation, new business development, key account management, and customer relationship management to create and execute innovative solutions that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
