It was a sea of experience – from establishing & leading Sales&Marketing teams, bagging high profile projects, driving sales, saving millions for my company with crucial decision-making; creating & implementing technology roadmap, working with cross-functional teams globally; elevating service levels with tech initiatives; creating eco-systems for building material supermarket across India.The initial grooming in sales & Customer Relationship Management with a few brands served as a strong foundation for all the growth.Road trips, avid reading & blogging are my top choices for unwinding. Daily, driving in Mumbai traffic is my way to practice patience, strategy & focus.To me, flat hierarchy means putting the entire team at par with each other in terms of rights AND responsibilities. Not monitoring, but sheer love for work & elevation should keep them focused.I aspire to be a thought leader in the building material space. It’s my personal vision & mission to train at least 1000 youngsters in technical trade while making StarCrete a unicorn in the building materials space.

Also driving sales for PVC pipes & fittings, and incubating newly launched water tanks, roofing sheets and tiles through the format on pan-India basis. Launched brands like Sintex, Everest, Charminar, NITCO through the format and initiated services in collaboration with PCI (pest control) and Gruh Finance (home finance) to increase stickiness of existing channel and customers and attract new franchisees and customers.
