Over the past decade, this journey has provided invaluable experiences—navigating financial challenges, honing marketing strategies, and understanding the transformative role of mentorship in shaping a sustainable business. Through these experiences, I’ve developed deep expertise in integrated system consulting (ELV Consultant) with a focus on smart buildings and residential projects.As Armino grew, I transitioned to focus on client management and marketing within our Software Department. This shift introduced me to a different dimension of business, broadening my technical and strategic capabilities while deepening my understanding of client needs and market dynamics.Now, as the co-founder of Lsquared AI, I’m diving into the world of AI software solutions.
