As my manager Mitzi was someone that I enjoyed working for and got the best out of me and taught me so much. Not only was she a good leader but she was a great mentor and great person. One thing about Mitzi that stood out over most managers I have had was that she cared as much about personal development as business tasks. While we always worked to get things done she would take the time to teach me things and give me opportunities to do new things that helped me grow as an advertising professional. Her organization, fairness, professinalism and passion are all things that really made me strive to be a better employee. As a sales professional Mitzi always succeeded because of her attention to meet the clients needs and not just attain the "quick sell". Her clients felt this and I saw a real trust and relationship with people she worked with that I don't see with many other sales people. This enabled her to grow new accounts from 1 small campaign in an agency to agency wide campaigns with most all their clients in a short time. As a both a manager and sales professional I cannot reccomend Mitzi highly enough. I can easily say, without working with her I would not be where I am at today and become the person and professional I am.", "I first learned of Mitzi's work when we were competing sales reps in Atlanta. I quickly realized that Mitzi was my biggest competitor and uniformly loved and trusted by her customers. Surprisingly, we didn't cross paths for the three years we competed against one another, but we finally met when we both went to work for Pearson. It was then that I had a chance to feel the benefit of Mitzi's work ethic and amazing talent as a colleague and that was a far better situation for me than it had been as a competitor! Mitzi is a natural with customers and colleagues alike. She is bright, curious, fun, extremely intuitive and always a team player. In her role at Pearson she was not successful unless her regional colleagues were successful and she went out of her way on a daily basis to ensure that they exceeded their goals. I can honestly say that I have never crossed paths with anyone who has worked with Mitzi that did not have absolutely glowing things to say about her and I can tell you from being her competitor that the same was true of her clients. Mitzi would be a huge asset to any team and her ROI is greater than that of just about any professional I've known. Just take my advice: don't compete against her.", and "Mitzi was a colleague of mine for a little over a year at BFW Publishing, where we both sold textbooks and related software to Universities.
