Manage team of eight development managers located in Atlanta, Chicago, Milwaukee, and South Florida. Approximately +$500m under construction and approximately $650m in predevelopment. Manage process from entitlement, design, contract negotiations, construction to occupancy.

Responsible for execution and profitability of a multiyear general contracting contract for a large corporate client. Prepare bids, schedules, and maintain all construction documents (submittals, RFI’s, change orders, etc.). On behalf of owner, manage third party vendors, superintendents, subcontractors, engineers and architects to ensure all project requirements are carried out successfully.

Responsible for building the Feasibility and Design team as part of a new global division that supports the regional development partners and strategic investment team. Prepare market/product studies to determine if proposed investment is feasible in existing and anticipated market conditions. Prepare/create budgets and design programs, provide architectural/interior design oversight, manage interior design teams, lead team of designers in selection of unit interior finishes/fixtures for new developments and value-add investments. • Provide services for over $1.2 billion in investments (over 6,400 units)• Develop design and constructability standards - implement company wide• Lead the “green” initiative company wide (LEED, Earthcraft, NAHB)• Negotiate national contracts resulting in credits/savings of $150-$200/unit

Assist institutions of higher learning with development and implementation of strategic facilities solutions, including campus master planning strategies, program development/validation, facilities condition analysis, construction oversight services, schedule and value engineering management, and contract compliance.• Manage multiple project totaling $75 million simultaneously• Prepare owner’s reports/payment requisitions ($7-$10 million monthly)• Negotiate contingency budgets and allocations

Perform feasibility/density studies to determine if project is within corporate objective (in response to RFP’s), develop design program, drive conceptual design process, prepare presentation boards and develop architectural narrative to accompany proposal. Once awarded project; further develop design program, construction, and FF&E budgets.• Manage team of architects/engineers from conceptual design through construction documents (includes site, building, and interiors) • Prepare interior/exterior amenity design package for client and work with marketing department and client to market project• Select/coordinate interior and exterior finishes, fixtures, and furniture• Research/implement materials and finishes to reduce maintenance and increase life cycle
