Emerging Leaders Mentoring (ELM) supports diverse aspiring professionals by connecting them with community and industry leaders throughout the Portland area for professional guidance and network creation.-Facilitate monthly cultural responsiveness training for mentors and mentees to prepare them for a year-long mentoring relationship-Develop and revise training curriculum for each training session to provide adequate content for each group

- Coordinate communication strategies and logistics for 20+ annual leadership development programs (virtual and hybrid) designed to develop managers and supervisors throughout the business. - Partner with HR Shared Services to ensure all program logistics are planned and executed on schedule for 10+ leadership development programs and administer 360 feedback assessments through GLINT for 250+ employees- Partner with 7 global regions to successfully execute leadership development programs for 140+ employees annually- Manage and conduct program evaluations to ensure participant feedback is captured and compiled- Analyze Data: create quarterly reports to show program status and aggregate feedback for multiple leadership development programs- Optimize the global scalability, quality, and consistency of leadership programs by updating playbooks and standardizing logistics

-Mentored and supervised 13 student leaders by leading weekly meetings and 1-1s.-Responsible for 200+ first-year students living in four first-year living suites and residence halls.-Led weekly meetings for student staff, develop personal, and spiritual development activities -Led training for 75+ Resident Assistants on Career and Calling - “ResLife to Career”-Responsible for the accountability process for students within my Living Area.-Maintained a presence in the living areas and serves as a role model for student staff and residents within the living area

-Facilitated customized 1-1 coaching appointments around academic planning and career development-Provided educational guidance and assistance for students by planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students-Collaborated with faculty to deliver quality academic advising to undergraduate students and increase completion and retention-Delivered classroom presentations on career pathways and major planning

-Trained, mentored and evaluated 3 student event coordinators planning large-scale events including but not limited to concerts, talent shows and cultural heritage celebration months-Hired, trained, and managed 8 student assistants that provided week-of and day-of support for all large-scale events for 400+ attendees-Assisted with conducting fall and spring training for student leaders and weekly staff meetings for student Campus Events Coordinators in SPA-Assisted in leading fall retreats, as well as monthly all-staff in-services

-Coordinated the Bridge Scholars, a program designed to help first-generation college students transition to college-Developed and led Bridge Scholars Intern Training-Developed assessment tool for the Bridge Scholars program-Collected and assessed data on the faculty of color in the institution within the past 10 years

-Developed eight Residence Advisors personally, professionally and spiritually through one-on-one mentoring and staff meetings-Collaborated with Residence Directors in the planning and execution of monthly large-scale events for residential students-Maintained a presence in the living areas and serves as a role model for student staff and residents within the living area-Provided emergency response and on-duty crisis management throughout the academic year-Engaged in planning and executing RA Training in Fall and Spring -Preparation and participation in Walkabout, a ten-day wilderness training program for the Residence Life program in the High Sierras-Supported and oversaw the Discipleship and Leadership living-learning communities (Themed Housing)

-Fostered a welcoming environment and assisted visitors through interpersonal engagement and positive communication skills-Organize and file faculty and adjunct contracts during the fall and spring terms-Draft and update content on the George Fox website for the Center for Peace & Justice using Cascade Server

-Responsible for check-in and checkout of residents at the beginning and end of each semester by making sure all of their paperwork is correctly filled out-Provided peer advising to residents in my living area to build a sense of community by meeting with them on a regular basis and developing positive relationships with residents-Assisted in the development and implementation of learning programs that enhance the living area and community as directed by the Area Coordinator

-Researched the operations and structure of Student Governments in other Christian Colleges-Drafted three manuals for student clubs, operations, and training for George Fox’s Student Government-Revised the Student Government’s (ASC) Constitution to include amendments and update policies-Led Commuter Student Lounge remodeling efforts by collaborating with contractors and vendors to support student retention initiatives for commuter students

-Led weekly committee meetings for ten campus representatives -Oversaw the Campus Representatives committee, composed of ten student leaders-Built relationships with students and administration to adequately advocate for student’s needs-Worked with other members of the committee and administration to make just decisions concerning the student body-Encouraged active participation and engagement of the student population -Collaborated with the Marketing committee to create effective channels of communication between students and the Student Government

-Responsible for managing five student scholarship programs, devoted to cultivating a diverse group of leaders at George Fox and beyond-Served as a diversity advocate supporting retention efforts for students of color through organizing logistics for scholarship competitions and providing administrative support to the Director
