- Responsible of organizing and coordinate the local teams and leaders- Active participation on the country integration plan and follow up to make sure things and delivered and that the plan it's followed- As is analysis and to be definition of new processes and structures- Active participation on the definiton of the strategy fo the NewCo, like commercial strategy, target legal structure, organizational structure, IT landscape, et. - Preparation of the integration activities, times and responsibles, for day 1, day 100 up to 2 years- Change management planning, like trainings, communication, events, etc.

In addition to my responsibilities to lead the marketing and innovation activities in ALD, I added Corporate Social Responsibility, where I formalized the policies, activities (social, environmental and with our customers/employees).

As marketing supervisor, I defined strategies to create awareness of the brand, products and the company, so that the brand was positioned, visible and relevant in the industry.On the innovation side, she built new products and initiatives for clients and/or internally.

Responsible of the creation, implementation and performance of marketing strategies that will be followed in the company, developing these in the various channels that will be used to create awareness of the brand and the offered services. And also responsible of communication (internal & external), PR and customer experience (surveys, communication plans and contact with clients...)- Development and implementation of marketing strategies- Communication channels for brand diffusion- Creation of events for product launches- Support in the creation, diffusion and launch of new products- Internal and external communication plans- Management of Social Media and Web Site

Attention and follow up to the needs of the customers, through periodic meetings and performance presentations. As well as attention to incidents and support for their solution. Administration of the different CRM platforms (access, validation of information, training in their use, etc.) Creation of communication plans for each customer.Application, analysis and presentation of results of Satisfaction surveys.

Purchases management to fill the needs of the branches, responsible for accounts payable of each branch at country level, leases, contracts. Administration of travel itineraries (managers and sales directors), flight and hotel reservations. Reporting expenses and dealing with suppliers for quotation and payment.

Reporting of actual vs. expected sales, month-end reports. National branch sales reports, review and presentation of work plans of regional directors and managers. Management of travel expences, work plans of managers and regional directors.Support to the commercial management for events, agenda, follow-up of pending issues.
