Responsible for the quality control of Johnson & Johnson‘s Japanese translation of their contact lens packaging and usage directions for the Japanese market.

As a technical Analyst, my duties involved junior level of system administration of both Unix and Windows servers, customer and internal technical support.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer within the localization group, I was responsible for manual testing on the localized application.

Ensuring documentation and user help menus for Japanese products were accurately and correctly translated, whilst also functioning properly.
