Our focus is on providing simplified and scalable solutions to eliminate technological barriers for our clinicians and user community.

Legacy Health is a locally owned, not for profit health care system headquartered in Portland, Oregon. My role is to lead the infrastructure and Business Intelligence teams in support of Legacy's vision to improve the health of our employees, patients, community and the world.

A five-state not-for-profit healthcare system with 34 hospitals, 76,000 employees across 450 care settings and net patient revenue of $11 Billion.Accountable for setting and executing technology strategy to enable rapid growth while providing exceptional service. Built a system wide team responsible for infrastructure technology, architecture, security, QA, service desk, account management and process improvement services. Created and executed a three-year infrastructure roadmap with an emphasis on mobility, automation and leveraging cloud services.

Reported to the CIO, and led a regional team of over 300 IS professionals responsible for providing services to the Oregon Region. Developed a culture of continuous process improvement which drove improved financial performance, increased customer satisfaction and high levels of employee engagement. Streamlined IS operations through leadership realignment and clear service standards.

Responsible for all facets of financial management; procurement, business planning, revenue management, payroll, billing and internal audit. Prepared and analyzed monthly financial statements for senior management. Developed and implemented strategies for yield management.
