When CLT-UFA (later RTL Group) acquired two stations in Sweden I was hired to take over the programming department. My job was to re-launch one station and optimize the rock format of our other station. In March 1996 we moved Bandit 105.5 into a Modern Rock format and became #1 AQH with 15-34. A month later we launched Lugna Favoriter 104.7, the first successful Soft AC station in Europe that within 7 months was #1 25-49 and later become #1 overall in the market. Founding member and overall brand manager for the two RTL owned radio brands Lugna Favoriter (adult contemporary) and Bandit (Modern Rock). This included strategic planning and execution, talent management and coaching, overseeing tactical research and implementation of results. Key member of the management board. Other responsibilities included consultation for other RTL Group assets including Atlantic 252 in the UK.

I was hired to be part of a small team responsible for acquiring the license and create the first national adult contemporary radio network in Sweden. When Megapol launched I worked as assistant program director involved in positioning and imaging, talent coaching, music scheduling and technical solutions. I also build and run the internal research department.

Programming consultancy with radio, TV and music industry clients in Scandinavia. Our clients included Radio City, East FM, MTG Radio, Mega Records etc. Our products ranged from music scheduling, via music promotional services, complete radio programing solutions to production and marketing of music TV shows for national broadcaster TV4.
