- Promoted to Bar Manager/Head Bartender after 3 months (hired for part-time PM Bartender)- Reduced and maintained alcohol COGS to the lowest in the company on a weekly basis (average COGS at time of promotion were 25%-27% - systematically reduced and maintained at 16%-18%)- Designed and implemented a visual cocktail program from scratch that was catered to our target market and had an emphasis on COGS and efficiency (this cocktail menu sold more in 1 month than the previous menu did in 1 year) - This project utilized photography, photo editing, and graphic design skills utilizing the Adobe design suite.- Hired, trained, and managed a staff of 20+ servers and bartenders using a training/mentorship program that was completely self-developed- Spent 2 months in Las Vegas training the bar staff at the grand opening of the flagship GameWorks 2.0 location
