Responsibilities - Activities: In this work i created an online platform for a Histology Pathology lab. Every information of patients, doctors clinics, and reports are managed through the platform. The platform supports authentication/authorization and user roles. Additionally a statistics module has been implemented for data analytics. SQL queries were implemented as stored procedures inside DBMS. Finally, Git was used for backup and VCS (verion control system) during the development.SubProject was the whole server installation, setup and configuration on Amazon AWS. I issued and installed SSL Certificate while NGinx was installed as proxy in front of Tomcat. Finally a script for automated backup was written in BASH that is dumping the Database every night and uploads it to Google Drive (Different Server)Technologies Used: Backend was implemented as RestFul Api using JAVA, JAVA EE, Hibernate and Apache Shiro. For the Front End i used Google Angular6, Google Material, Bootstrap and FontsAwesome while the DBMS used was MySql.

Developing various systems for the tree major telecommunication companies of Greece (Cosmote,WIND, VodaFone and other smaller ones such as Cyclopolis and others). The systems consists of a Web Application, Tablet Application, and infrastructure servers (Web Server, GeoServer, Database Server and Authentication Server). Responsible for the installation, configuration,setup and maintenance of the servers, as well as the development and support of the web and tablet applications. The applications are GISwhere an interactive map is build. Using this application companies keep track of their infrastructures, connections, lines, connectors, buildingse.t.c. The functionality of the application is search, insertion, deletion, editing of map features and their corresponding data (text, coordinates,images and other).

Research and Development of Analysis Platform for Neuroscientist (implemented on apache storm for streaming and parallel running operation on cluster).

Responsibilities - Activities: For this work, in the first step i installed and setup TensorFlow on a server. Then dataset preparation and cleaning was performed. In the next step i retrained the oogle Inception v3 Deep Neural Network Model, with our dataset, using ``Transfer Learning''. Finally a MultiThreaded HTTP Server and Client was build, in order to use the trained Model. The HTTP Server is a wrapper of the Trained Model. It accepts as input a JSON string that contains the image name and data in Base64 format, converts it in .jpg image format, sends the image to the Trained Model, receives the model respond and creates a JSON reply string which sends back to the client.Technologies Used: JAVA, Google TensorFlow
