Provide training to district personnel to meet state mandates and coordinate the establishment of higher curricular standards, including reports, presentations, and timelines. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs via surveys, face-to-face meetings, and informal comments to determine strategic initiatives. Administer policies and programs relating to all phases of human resources activities, including planning, recruitment, training and development, employee performance evaluation and appraisals, and firing processes.• Responsible for balancing $1.5M budget including Federal and Local funding• Using a foundation of Adult Learning Theories design, develop, and deliver staff development and training for school improvement, finances, and grant requirements • Provide professional development, training, and support for stakeholders seeking knowledge in the areas of communication, mediation, leadership, and grant management.• Plan and host over 3,500 elementary and secondary students for Career Awareness Events annually• Plan and host secondary student leadership events for Career and Technical Student Organizations annually • Partner with workforce boards to offer student externships during the summer in high-needs industries to create a pipeline of employable workforce candidates.• Recruit candidates through direct recruitment, internet mining, and other creative methods, perform phone screening, interviewing, applicant assessment, and presenting of candidates.• Provide guidance and oversight in the use of federal and state funds for program implementation, data report submissions, and allowable expenditures.
