Created 45+ ticket orders, aided guests in retrieving mobile tickets, and reseated guests due to ADA accommodations. Documented and updated attendance data for 8+ events. Cultivated a welcoming environment for attendees and performers while guiding them to the appropriate entrance.

Coordinated 7 rallies (2000+ students each) by hiring DJs, planning agendas and integrating diverse performance groups. Collaborated with vendors, administrations, and students to get logistics approved and ensure payments are followed through. Served as an emcee to 2,000+ students.

Managed a $60,000+ Class of 2023 budget and oversaw spending for all class events including merchandise, food, fundraisers and dances. Organized and planned Prom with a record-breaking ticket sale of 840+ and raised over $40,000 in funds. Managed monthly meeting agendas and documented expenses.
