1. Responsible for direct communication with foreign customers via email & phone call & conference in person.2. In charge of sample development, working with the R&D department to provide valuable feedback to customers on design or measurement if needed.3. Price quotation making, price negotiation with customers until it is confirmed.4. Take care of the whole order processing, preparing the production SPEC in the ERP system for all other factory departments to proceed the orders. 5. Closely follow up the bulk production on-spot, including fabric colour & quality checking, trims checking, print panels checking, PP sample checking, on-line production checking and packaging checking, to ensure the goods quality and delivery meeting the customer's requirement.6. Make the packing lists and Invoices for the shipments.7. Take quick action to solve problems and keep the related parties updated, like the quality issues, delivery delay, claims...8. Follow up the payments until settled.
