STD counts with top management team are closely involved and directly worked from RFQ to PPAP phraseThe core business is progressive and transfer dies, but we also do, in a smaller proportion, tandem dies or close die for American and European toolmakers.We have a great experience with both steel and aluminum material parts, the material thickness can reach up to 10mm and the highest material strength we worked with is DP1000.Our tools are mainly for BIW structural parts, Chassis, Seating, Cross Car Beam etcOur press is ranges from 400T to 1200T, and the biggest die size we can make is 5 meters long and on average our lead time ranges from 12 weeks to 16 weeks. Short cycle and on-time delivery have always been one of our core competition as we have adopted strict milestone control and parallel Lead Time Control management. We work essentially with Tier 1, Tier 2 and toolmakers who work with very exigent Car Manufacturers (VW, Audi, Daimler, Ford, Toyota, Nissan), delivering them quality dies at very competitive prices.
