Human Resources Manager
CurrentTo support management with all HR matters including, recruitment, leave management, staff training and payroll.Support HR Department for all HR activities, including payroll, employee benefits and compensation, maintenance accurate employee database and training records.Custodian of Employee’s p-files and handle all HR related documentation (eg leave application, MCs, Assets custodian form, bi-annual appraisal return, etc)Manage onboarding and offboarding process of employees.Administer medical, insurance claims, as well as other related claims.Support payroll processing and administration, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A annual Income Tax Assessment, leaves and all claims (statutory and staff related).Ensure compliance and timely submission of statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NSMen claims, and other government-related claims/surveys, as well as administering work pass application/ issuance/ renewal/ cancellationConduct effective sourcing, screening and interviewingAssess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees Coordinating office activities to ensure smooth and optimal efficiency in operations. Act as the point of contact between employees and managementMeasure, review and document employee retention and turnover ratesCoordinate and support bi-annual staff appraisal exerciseAny other ad hoc duties as assigned
