1. Manage the routine operation of Social Compliance department—this includes coordinate facilities qualification process and client audit, keep Supply Chain teams informed of the SA status, process and result2. Participate and conduct the internal audit and ensuring that potential issues in facilities are identified and resolved. 3. Familiar with various clients’ (McD’s/ Disney/ Kellogg’s /Walmart/ Coke /Sedex,etc) requirement & audit process4. Participate in crisis handling (unauthorized subcontracting/media risk) of issues that may impact product delivery, clients brand image or Creata performance.5. Train suppliers in China and outside of China in Asia Pacific region to understand client’s expectation and requirementProvide basic training for Creata internal (QA/QC/PM) and organize the on-site training for new facilities6. Monitor all Creata facilities to ensure that facilities have systems to manage social compliance and pass client’s audit7. Work as Creata AOW contact and consultant to support local contact to manage the relevant social compliance issues8. Information/data collection and analysis in relevant areas, including labor laws, minimum wage and etc
