Async Proxy Server: I wrote and published EventMachine based HTTP shadow proxy server, Kage as open source software - https://github.com/cookpad/kageRestful API framework: As a lead developer, I architected and implemented the rewrite project of internal platform API (codename Pantry) for Cookpad's mobile applications (iOS and Android). I co-authored a framework called Garage to implement RESTful, Hypermedia API on top of Ruby on Rails models. Part of the framework is open source and available at https://github.com/cookpad/garageEvent delivery platform: internally codenamed Ping, an event messaging framework for Cookpad inter-service communications. We built it initially with Ruby on Rails and Go-based event workers, then migrated to Amazon SNS.Private MBaaS: as a lead developer, I designed, developed and maintained a private Mobile-Backend as a Service for our internal use at Cookpad. The server side API was initially built with Rails 4 and MongoDB, later on migrated to PostgreSQL 9.3 JSON based backend. The conversion engine I built for MongoDB to Postgres transition is published as an open source gem called mongery https://github.com/miyagawa/mongeryTechnology Stack: Ruby 1.9-2.2, Rails 3/4, RSpec, CoffeeScript, Resque, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Fluentd, Go, ElasticSearch, EventMachine, AWS/SNS.
