Provide administrative support to consultants and project managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.● Assist in the preparation and formatting of technical reports, proposals, presentations, and other client deliverables.● Maintain client databases and project files, ensuring accuracy and organization of documents and records.● Assist in the preparation of project budgets, invoices, and expense reports, and track project financials to ensure accuracy and compliance with client contracts.● Provide support during client audits and regulatory inspections, including gathering requested documentation and facilitating communication between clients and regulatory agencies.● Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and proprietary data related to clients, projects, and business operations.● Provide backup support to other administrative staff and perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of thecompany.
