As the QA/QC Manager at Solidbase Laboratory, a leading provider of testing and inspection services for the construction industry, I oversee the quality assurance and quality control activities for multiple projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, hospitals, buildings, and residential projects. I ensure the compliance of all quality standards and specifications, as well as the implementation of the ISO 17020:2012, 17025:2917, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems.With over 14 years of experience in quality management, I have developed strong skills in risk assessment, internal auditing, pre-post and during construction, testing, and project control. I hold an Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, PGDM in project and construction management and I am a certified IMS Internal Auditor and a SCAAD holder. I am passionate about delivering optimal business performance and customer satisfaction through effective quality management, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices in my field.
