My role at Invitre - a mobile app startup, was to design features and the user interfaces for their yet-to-be launched mobile app and web platform.

Primarily, I developed core brand assets and led creative direction for a few newly launched brands under the Group.I was also responsible for market targeting and making sense of insights into consumer behavior and industry trends.

Working in the inbound customer service team, my role was to ensure customer enquiries and difficulties are promptly resolved while working efficiently to meet personal and team targets.In my last working month there, I achieved a metric of 17 calls resolved per hour - as the top performer in my team.

As part of the Sales & Retention team, my role was primarily to reduce churn and ensure customer success in using M1's mobile services.In addition, I also partake in cross-selling and upselling new products and services to existing customers.Measured by monthly key performance yardsticks such as customer satisfaction, I was always one of the top 2 performers in my team based on customer ratings.
