Critical care unitThis critical care step –down unit deals with most patients on ventilators and all patients on cardiac monitor around the clock. All patients are acutely ill with multiple diagnoses and dealt with multi-disciplinary team approach. Dialysis and many other medical procedures are done at bedside, as these patients are acutely ill to be moved around. Dopamine, Propofol, levophed, lasix drips and blood transfusion are some of the frequent treatments administered on this unit.

Skilled Unit: Duties include administrating various medicines, monitoring and controlling diabetic residents, performing wound treatments and sterile procedures, decisively and confidently made judgments on patient conditions and called doctors based on decisions, initiated care plan and update care plan, supervise CNA’s and LPN’s.

Floated various unit : Duties include administrating various medicines (PO, IV,IM, SQ), monitor and control diabetic residents, perform wound treatments and sterile procedures.
