Housekeeping Department-Managed day to day housekeeping of 45 rooms and 4 villas.-Assist in cleaning and servicing guest rooms requests, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.-Assist in inventory control of housekeeping supplies and amenities.-Ensure restock guest room supplies and report any maintenance issues to appropriate departments.-Assist reporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues for prompt resolution.Food and Beverage Department as Waitress-Responsible for taking orders from guests, ensuring and delivering food to guests by any request including room service.-Assist in setting up and serving during special events, banquets, catering functions and VIPs.Front Office Department as Guest Services-Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely, personable, and resolve guest concerns.-Exposure to daily front office operations, including room reservations, room assignments, and availability management.-Assist in coordinating with housekeeping to ensure all room turnover and ready to accommodate new guest arrivals.-Reviewed items of note to determine what needed to be communicated to staff of subsequent shifts.-Processed telephone calls and walk-in reservations by guest.
