Operational Excellence has been a huge part of me since I was young and I have always loved the challenge and joy that it brings me. Hospitality is what gets me out of bed every morning. I was an Assistant Manager in the Service department with Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, having started as a cleaner at 30.During my time there I have had to learn to deal with complaints, complaints management, dealing with contracts, being able to sell our brand and work my way.
