Day by day merchandising activities and product development to shipment. Communication with buyers and execute the order. Maintain requirements and on time shipment. Follow up production, sample, printing, embroidery and suppliers. Fabric booking, accessories booking and consumption.

 Correspondence with buyers in local office. As well as local supplier to arrange the materials for garment orders as per buyers requirement. Follow up with printing and embroidery factories and take Approval from buyer as per requirement. Communicate with suppliers for raw materials to ensure delivery. Maintaining liaison with factory on input/output situation to ensure the garment shipment on time.

Follow up sampling, production, knitting, dyeing. washing, printing, embroidery etc. Daily production status update over email to client. Daily production materials check up for smooth production and communication with clients and suppliers etc.
