WorkIt Labs designs, develops, and delivers tools that put power in the hands of workers. Our products aim to facilitate the ability of worker organizations to distribute information and resources, do effective relational organizing, and win big on campaigns that change the balance of power in low-wage workplaces and industries across the globe.

Worked directly with worker leaders and organizers to build tools to amplify the voices of retail workers, access and exercise their rights at work, and participate in collective action.

Leveraged online services and platforms to support digital native advocacy organizations reach and engage millions of members, provide advocacy support, and generate revenue via direct member support.

Provided strategic technical guidance ranging from eCommerce strategies to scaling core infrastructure.

Developed mission critical digital platforms increasing membership revenue, extending content syndication, streamlining internal workflow tools, integrating legacy enterprise systems, migration to open source frameworks, and incorporation of social media and blog platforms. Kearny Street Workshop (KSW) is the oldest Asian Pacific American multidisciplinary arts organization in the country. For the past 45 years, KSW has nurtured the creative spirit, offered an important platform for new voices to be heard, and connected artists with community.

Developed templates for Vignette's V/5 Content Management Server (formerly known as StoryServer) using Tcl/TK, StoryServer template commands, HTML, and JavaScript. Architected, implemented, and maintained aOnline.com and other aNetwork client sites, as team lead. Integrated 3rd party applications/partnerships

Developed sample applications, written in C and Java, using BSAFEc security toolkits (BSAFETM Crypto-C/Crypto-J, BSAFE™ SSL-C). Designed, prepared, and provided technical training for Keon TM, PKI Certificate Server. Provided cryptographic SDK support and documentation to OEM developers.
