Managed all agency recruitment initiatives for North Luzon that would help increase the sector's agency manpower. I also led the team for recruitment strategies and conversion of licensed agents while handling branch workshops, recruitment training, and promotions in North Luzon. I also maintaining good connections with the Insurance Commission to facilitate special exam requests and schedules nationwide

I processed the licensing applications for the coding agents from the Build Your Business event as part of my KPI is to increase the number of total agency manpower of the company. To do this, I coordinate with the Insurance Commission in all exams facilitated nationwide while also conducting conversion workshops in all branches nationwide.

Converts build your business attendees to coded agents, handles end-to-end process of agent recruitment, handles build your business events, build and sustain a direct working relationship with current and potential agency leaders, does regular visits every basic training course for leading the prospective agents in the right process of coding and also for agents’ requirement collection, spearheading Makati or Ortigas insurance commission examinations for the respective training attendees

On-the-job training – in charge of doing competitive analysis, checking of front and back of the house during restaurant visits, assisting trainees for restaurant employees and OJT completers, marketing the wide array of restaurants under bistro group.

Executed various college events such as the Mr. and Ms. Commerce and Business Administration Personality being able to raise P50,000 for charity, Speak Up: Japanese, Chinese, and Korean Languages, and Graduation Ball.
