Developed a program to raise awareness of the Lifeline Benefits. Worked with creative team to develop marketing materials: i.e., brochures, welcome letters, business letter. Conducted meetingswith community and business leaders to explain the benefits of Lifeline. Procured invitations to more than 20 local events in the community to raise awareness and enroll qualified prospective customers. Fostered professional relationships with organizations and managed the corporate calendar promoting philanthropic participation. Efforts included: Go Pink, YWCA, Regional Food Bank, The Angel Tree.

Manage nine wireless retail locations, Direct more than 50 employees and six managers in three divisions: call center, retail stores, and warehouse. Responsible for approving and implementing training procedures.Created employee expectations and standards to help employees meet monthly goals. Manage statewide retail expansion. Process company human resource documents, payroll and disciplinary actions. Responsible for auditing daily cash deposits

The Referral Center for Alcohol and Drug Services of Central Oklahoma, Inc. is the only private, not-for-profit program in central Oklahoma available 24-hours a day, seven days a week serving chemically and alcohol dependent persons.
