- Regularly oversee and monitor the quality of the units and lots that it is in adherence with the approved standards and specifications of residential buildings before turnover.- Represent the Firm during the turnover process and properly discuss with the owners the agreed work for repairs and modifications that needs to be performed and set a common timeline for such repairs and modifications.- Identify the main source of any defects and minor repairs and immediately coordinate with the construction management team for timely assistance in the concerns of the unit and lot owner(s).- Confirm and validate all the modifications done by the contractor management team and ensure that all changes are properly documented.- Supervise the manpower that assist in the preparation of the units and lots for turnover while ensuring the quality of work of the team and in accordance with the agreed timeline.- Ask confirmation to the unit and lot owner (s) for the acceptance the unit and prepare all the necessary documentation for proper turnover of the unit and lots.- Continue assisting the unit and lot owners on any concerns within the warranty period.

-Do the Computation and Rebar cutting list in Autocad by use of the approved structural plan of a project .-Ensures that the actual installation of the structural materials is horinzontal with the approved structural plan by use of the rebar cutting list.-Presents ideas & correction, Coordinates and Attend meetings with the General & Trade Contractors to meet the target timeline of daily work activities with the site ongoing project.-Do the manpower and material checklist for daily activities on site that will be documented for the project progress monitoring.-Act as a representative of the Project manager in every activities on site ongoing project.
