Manage on-site construction works, materials and document management and manage full cycle of project.Support the project team in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the civil & structural works.Ensure prepare & compile project related report.Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements.Assist in overseeing engineering deliverables and multi disciplinary works to meet project quality requirements.Liaise with local authorities for project related matters and requirements.Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical and electrical.Prepare civil and structural designs and contract specifications.Internal inspection management.

Principal AccountabilitiesAssists and support Senior Project manager in all aspect of project managementScope and Responsibilities Work with consultant and Sales and Marketing team on the preparation of SPA documents , building model and marketing brochure. Attend all meetings related to the assigned projects, compile and prepare reports. Perform sub-contrator scheduling and control to ensure work quality and timely delivery. Follow up with relevant authorities and consultants on approval of land matters, proposal layout, building plan, design proposals, tender documents. Review and monitor shop drawings design documents according to company requirement. Monitor construction progress and quality control to ensure workmanship conforms with specification construction schedules are adhered to safety and health requirements are complied.

Principal AccountabilitiesAssists and support development manager in all aspect of project managementScope and ResponsibilitiesPre-contract Stages Assist to prepare site visit report, design plan and design review checklist Prepare master implementation programme (MIP) for development and projection of work progress Assist in design coordination with the consultant and design team Liaise and follow up with consultant on the plans, licenses, permits submission and approval Work with consultant and Sales and Marketing team on the preparation of SPA documents Coordinate, manage and monitor the preparation of tender drawing and documentsContract Implementation Monitor the project based on the approved MIP and for stage completion claim purpose Attend client consultant meeting, technical meeting, site meeting, all necessary project related meetings Follow up with consultant on the issuance of defect list and ensure all defect rectification work done by Contractor Coordinate with consultant and contractor on the preparation of CPC and CCC documentation Liaise and coordinate wuth consultant and contractor on CCC inspection, application and approvalPost Contract Assists in handing over of project to developer. Compile and handover of documents to developer and property management. Manage the defect rectification works during Defect Liability Period (DLP) Attend inspection with developer, property management, consultant and contractor for the issuance of Certificate for Make Good Defect (CMGD)
