Deployed in ION Solar Customer Experience Department. Assisted customers with their Solar system concerns and needs., Performed basic Solar system troubleshooting, upgrades, installation, and other processing needs including handling customer complaints, payments, discounts or rebates, reimbursement, and other requested documents by the customer.

Randomly grades business centers according to store guidelines and accurately and efficiently upload photos to showcase each business center being graded.

Monitored and provided coaching feedback to all agents to ensure FFI’s call procedure and call guidelines are being followed. Performed other tasks such as Data entry checking and other deliverables or reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
