Trust.This is what I have learned in my short career in Human Resources, and for this and for thousands of things that I still have to learn is why I have made Human Resources my professional life.I discovered that Human Resources was my place by chance, when working as a saleswoman, the truth is that it was one of my best professional stages, and while it was not a position oriented to my training, during my stay there I learned what is Teamwork, fellowship, and above all the benefits that a good work and work environment brings to any company.Since that time more than two years ago I have oriented my entire professional life to Human Resources, first I started with the Master in Human Resources Management and Direction with IMF, which opened the doors of PRIMARK SL, First as an intern in the People & Culture department and then as Supervisor of People & Culture, where I have learned from great professionals, and which has made me reaffirm even more that Human Resources is my place.I am aware that this sector, Human Resources, Talent Management, and thousands of others, could put, is in constant change, and that is why I continue to form every day, with the desire and illusion of that day when I decided that Human Resources is my vocation.Today I’m a General Technician for Human Resources, tomorrow...
