@SustainablyManaged is an up and coming social media platform containing content created by Miranda Jackson and Jill Szaroleta in hopes to inform and uplift environmental professionals and those interested in climate change and reducing their impact on the planet. SustainablyManaged produces content on a broad array of topics surrounding environmental concerns, including but not limited to sustainability issues and solutions in daily life, entertainment, and social change. SustainablyManaged provides services producing paid content with the ambition of bringing sustainable brands to the market's forefront using user-generated content (UGC), which includes organic content and advertisements, still photos, and short-form videos. I was offered an opportunity to assist a Veterinary Medicine Ph.D. candidate with her research regarding the effects of climate change on sea stars. My role in the project includes, but is not limited to, maintaining sea star water quality and completing other animal husbandry needs as they become necessary.
