Assisted in managing a team of 7 customer escalation and order specialists, designed and implemented reports and reporting systems, assisted IT with new system implementation, created and maintained business process flowcharts, worked with third party vendors to ensure HP corporate policy compliance, project management and business process analysis. Creation of monthly metrics and departmental scorecard as well as yearly forecasts.

Responsible for the integrity and security of the REIC member, candidate, student and prospect databases, including the Institute’s online membership directory contained in its website. Setup and maintenance of hardware and software applications including network, e-mail and website. Field all phone calls related to membership, application and program status. Course and designation promotions and related material production.
