Multisite Quality Director of 3 sectors managing up to 11 direct reports and a total department of up to 126 personnel including process improvement, supplier quality, product assurance, QMS and quality assurance.* Accountable for the quality performance of the Dream Chaser and Orbital Reef programs including Root Cause | Corrective Action (RCCA) & the Corrective Action | Preventative Action (CAPA) programs and respective training.* Responsible for compliance to external customer requirements and the AS9100 standard.* Spearheaded creating and carrying out quality improvement plans, as well as maintaining and refining business procedures, metrics | KPI's and processes that support numerous large programs.*Accountable for reporting and improving quality performance, cost saving initiatives and organization financial performance to Executive Leadership.

Accountable in overseeing compliance to IATF16949, business process maturity and development, and supplier performance locally and internationally. Responsible for assisting in strategic planning, management review, and acquisition integration.
