I am responsible for business development from assigned clients, prospecting, relationship development, cold calling, networking, leveraging and working with internal lines of business, development of internal and external referral sources, attending industry events and conferences, development of business and sales plans, screening new business opportunities for appropriateness, risk, operational requirements, and negotiating and pricing proposals. In addition, I market and cross-sell all related bank products and services, interact with the highest level financial officials and mentor other team members.
