Championed learning and development strategy for Community College Preparatory Academy (CCPA) public Charter. Managed a multi-million dollar unit budget, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships. Procured and implemented the first comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) within the organization’s history. Managed strategic alignment of CCPA goals, business objectives and various learning and development programs. This involved facilitating long range planning of learning and development resources to ensure a timely delivery and conducted needs assessments to determine the appropriate learning and development programs addressing specific academic and workforce training needs for high-needs adult students.
