Led various programs to develop and maintain the lifecycle of the training portfolio.Led the Train the Trainer program for competence build up within Learning Services that resulted in training 40+ certified Ericsson’s trainers and allowed for offering scalable learning solutions to customers.Developed and delivered courses portfolio for the IP routing platform to Redback’s and Ericsson’s partners.

Implementation of the first Ethernet based xDSL broadband access network in Poland, with operational responsibility to perform acceptance tests for Metro Ethernet and xDSL platform.Implementation of the Triple Play services in Poland (Internet/IPTV/VoIP), with responsibility to perform an acceptance tests of the trial IPTV and Video on Demand services.Implementation of VPN services based on IPSec and MPLS technology (Cisco 7200, 5000, 8xx series).Implementation of the VPN Multicast services based on MPLS technology (Cisco 7600, GSR12k).Upgrade of the core MPLS national network, with responsibility to perform acceptance tests of the new IP Core network (Cisco GSR 12000).

Scope of duties:- Administration: Unix systems (Linux, Solaris, Irix), applications (SMTP, POP3, Samba, Apache, NFS), Remote Access Servers (DSLAMs, AAA systems: RADIUS, Tacacs).- ATM and IP Backbone administration (Fore Systems, Cisco).- Coordinate the technical concepts for the network evolution within POL34/155 working group (Polish national research and education network).- Coordinate and implement IP routing strategy withinPOL34/155 (BGP, OSPF).Achievements:- Designed and build the first BGP exchange point with Tier 2 operators that allowed achieve routing - redundancy, increase traffic optimization and reduce OPEX.- Designed and implemented the first ATM backbone network in Poland that allowed for high-speed connections between academic research centers.- Upgraded the IP/BGP POP with higher level IP operators - upgrade to Cisco 7500 series platform.
